i think you will get your passport back before aug 12....they said the processing time is about 20 business days...... yea....i called them 11 times today.........cant transfer to the rep..T_____T............

same here.... delivered on july 16th... no updates..... my flight is on aug 2nd.........T______T....... i called them everyday last week......T_______T requested for passport back.... no reply.....T______________T
