Thank you! When you applied for citizenship, aside from PH passport what ID did you submit? I believe another identification needs to be in married name as well? Or doesn’t matter if it is still in maiden name? Also, did you apply after 5 years or just completing 3/5 is good enough to apply?

I would suggest to contact the clinic and follow up if they have forwarded the results. From what I am seeing in the timelines, GCKey should have been updated within a week or two (but I may be wrong).
