Hello! I recently got message from VFS global that said my visa application is on process at IRCC office and they received by passport? How long it may take for that because I need to book ticket. Thank you for the help.

I don't know why I am not getting any responses from CIC for medical. I applied my application on may 30 . Is it okay to not get any response till now? I am very furious as I need IME to do medical and its been such a long time and my application status shows nothing. Please help me
