Nope. I just wanna be sure first that whether I can apply with Bed degree first, don't wanna take a chance of getting rejected. I'm from capital.

OK Thanks. But my consultant is saying that from last month onwards, ECE Level 2 is required for all PNPs previously it was Level 1. Feels like wasted my money. Don't know what to do because getting an ECE diploma means waiting for another 1.5-2 years.
