I received the same request yesterday, after replying to that request, I received COPR email in personal email and my CIC account.

After replying that email, around 2 hours later, COPR was sent to my email and in my CIC account.

I just received an email today to ask about my current address, phone number, first and last entry to Canada and ask if I am currently in Canada.
