Can we do soft landing and come back if H1b is already approved and stamped in passport till 2022.?

Once you give fingerprints at USPS, you get soft copy within 5 minutes.

i received COPR. Will be landing in June.

You can do it at home or at USPS. I did at USPS with no issues.

I gave my fingerprints at USPS and it was really fast. I got email notification within 5 minutes that fingerprints have been submitted to FBI for PCC.
