I applied from Canada spouse work permit for my wife and visitor visa for my 9 months old son.biometric done on 18 april 2019.after that no request for medical is come..status processing is shown. My one year student visa completed in November. What i can do so they will respond to my application?

I am on study visa and I applied my spouse visa on 12 April still shows in progress nothing happens...what i can do now...??? My study is also completed. What i can do to check why they taking long time or what’s going on in my application...please let me know..
