    Personally, I wouldn't redo it. As you said, IELTS isn't cheap. 3 points isn't worth redoing the exam over. I think you should sit tight at 461. If you don't receive ITA in Dec then January for sure. Once the score drops to 464, it should take one or two draws to drop to 461. Early next year...

    You can accept the invitation, however you should wait until you have completed the three years to submit your application. Birthdays are frozen on the day of the ITA so you would be fine as well.

    The score was 456 just two very short weeks ago. Keep hope alive. 456 is a very good score. You may get your ITA is the very next draw.

    Have you done your ECA yet? An MBA from certain countries may not be given Masters equivalency. Consider getting the ECA done by IQAS for the most favorable results. It's a long process though. I agree that you should retake the IELTS aim for L8R7W7S7. How old are you?
