I had complete sds file, applied in august, took the chance of studying on without AIP ( before anyone jumps in to tell me it was a risk, Ya, i know.. at that time, I made a decision according to the circumstances I had). I dont know if I should even bother with gcms, since christmas is coming...

Rejection just recieved from Abu Dhabi office. After my first term is nearly over. Reasons: purpose of visit, family ties and current employement situation. Will be reapplying, but for now I'm devastated and furious.

Applied August 14, medical done in august and updated on Sept 28, biometrics done in August, Eligibility started mid september. SDS, classes started Sept 2020. No AIP.

Depends on how lucky you are to be honest at this point. There is no fixed timeline, no que, no recognisable pattern. You might get it within a week/10 days (some folks did) or you might have to wait a few months. This isnt meant as a demotivator, just telling you the reality currently.

I'd rec getting the notes. It's gonna be december and given how long the notes can sometimes take, better do it now and try to get it before the christmas holidays,if possible
