Hello, My study permit will expire on the 29th of March 2020. I am preparing to apply for pgwp. My question is. Can i apply for my son's visitor visa? He is 3 years old. Or do i need to wait until i get my pgwp? Then work on a noc 0 a or b before i can extend his visitors visa? Thank you
