Hi, Actually my PGWP expired and I got AOR In Nov2020. I was bit late for applying extension and now I have applied for restoration . I have stopped working too Pleasel let me know will this thing effect my PR application already in process? Thanks

I spoke with CIC agent today. They ask to send webform explaining that I applied before expiry with proofs like receipt ,submission confirmation ,email etc. I already send it. Fingers crossed

Nowhere it is mentioned that a person is on implied status only if its application is received before permit expires. According to CIC , Implied status means applying before permit expires. Please correct if I am wrong

Technically I applied extension before expiry.

I applied around 8 pm .due to some technical issue I was not able to apply earlier. I had receipt of confirmation on 8th dec 8:13 PM plus submission of confirmation
