2173 is nowhere to be seen. I am hopeless. I guess I will never set foot in Canada. I might have to try in 2021. I am planning to take up 1 yr masters next year

ECA will not be given on the same day. You will be given an estimated completion date. Or sometimes, they take even longer.

Mine reached WES on 17th Aug, I have just got 1 status update on 4th September that they are still reviewing the documents. Its been 16 working days. I am getting worried. I have already wasted my time by not applying it while I was preparing for the exam. Now this delay. Hope things go smooth.
