My study visa was refused some days ago and I decided to reapply. I found out that my re-application number is the same thing as my previous application number. Has anybody had this kind of situation before?

I applied on June 26, 2019. Did my biometric on July 2, 2019 but my up medical exam was done earlier on June 3, 2019 and was forwarded to CIC on June, 10.

Mr Frost, Let be objective here, how can travel history be a determining factor if one will Canada at the end of his stay in Canada or it's relationship to the purpose of your visit.
