I cannot find my application for PR card online when i try to link it. Ive used all options. There is no mail or email from them asking for new pictures. I landed on June 26, so there could be a problem im not sure. Any way to contact them?

Quick question here. So basically I submitted the COPR copy which had my picture stuck in it. The picture is definitely old because that was the one I submitted for my PR application. Is that going to be a problem and should I expect to resubmit the a new picture?
