Sorry to hear what had happened. Why dont you or your husband try to get an LMIA...by this way you become legal and can have work permit with status as well

No we are still i dark. Didnt get any intimation. Its been 28 1/2 mo ths already while lawyer also took 13 months for prepararion before applying. Hope by this month or next we will get positive reply.

Yes it is unsual.....infact we were misguided about the procedure and when we came here and after having word with lawyers discpvered the procedure was not as we were told. We came from Italy, and had some serious issues.
