im the OP. application received May 2019 AOR July 31st nothing since then filed webform 2 days ago and got a very generic reply saying that the agent told some officer that I asked about my application If I call their number, can they tell me more ?

Same for me. Routine case (child born to 2 Canadian citizens in the USA). Application received May 25th 2019 AOR on July 31st 2019 ...and nothing since then. I filled webform request 2 days ago since normal processing time has passed (5 months). I will call when im in Canada next week.

i have been waiting for exactly 2 months now for this. im also applying for proof of citizenship (for my son) from the US directly through Nova Scotia office. So if you are abroad and go through embassy, waiting 3 months doesn't seem impossible. please let me know if you have an update later on

Hi, I may have not included the document checklist in my application for proof of citizenship for my minor child... Do you think this will result in a returned application without AOR ? to be clear, the documents are in there, just not the actual checklist itself
