Hi, I applied online and it took about 6 weeks for the PR and Correspondence letter to come. May 30 submitted my online application May 31 Bio request June 7 Bio done July 9 PR and Correspondence letter It will take around 1 week for the passport they say to arrive once sent. Hope this helps.
