Well its strange if you have valid COPR they shouldnt done this way but now hope for the best that you will get your COPR quickly.. pleasr update once you will get it so that we also know how much time it occur to re-issue COPR.

You mind if i ask when is your COPR expiring and which is your local visa office.? As per rule dependant cant travel before principal applicant got their Landing done.!!

Helllo guys someone please help my query i am so stress about it. I am the principal applicant residing in canada and my wife is overseas as i try to email my local visa office to validate my COPR they replied We cannot finalise your application at this time because your dependant is residing...

Thanks for your reply yes our file got approved and we both received COPR and i had landing appointment booked on 25th march which got cancelled because of coronavirus and then i have emailed my local visa office for Validate of my COPR and they replied " We cant finalise your application...
