Got same generic reply to the webform raised a month ago......

My VO is also same . I sent them mail last month but haven't heard anything from them. Copr expired in September 2020 n there's no further update or response so far..... It's really really annoying....

Don't worry. You are not alone as I too have the same status. CoPR expired on 29 September 2020. Since then, there is no movement....... still waiting........
