I only sent mine off Friday 7th Oct so I couldn’t say how long it takes for sure but from what I’ve seen it can be up to 4 weeks. I couldn’t find anywhere to upload online either which confused me as well so I just sent everything. I don’t think you have anything to worry about. If they need it...

don’t worry I’m convinced the agent gave me the wrong information. I’m from uk so don’t think I needed to send it but found that out after I already sent it

Yep, that’s the one I used. They have changed the intro all you have to do is select what’s relevant and stay on the line even when the automated message says it’s going to end the call.... it doesn’t it just transfers you to IRCC
