It is still showing in progress, that's normal. In my wife's case it showed completed 10 days after the ceremony.

I just received the ominous email about my ceremony cancelation for tomorrow. As someone who was looking forward to attending the ceremony, I am disappointed and furious to learn that it has been canceled.

You give a big raise to your top performer and 9% is more than enough for IRCC incompetent spoiled brats.
