In such cases they usually update your mailing address as per your web form request but don’t send acknowledgment of receipt of your web form, so I wouldn’t worry too much. If in doubt, raise a new web form.

You will not have a problem with getting “two or more degrees”, but, honestly, WES will take its sweet time either way. Sending one degree earlier than the other will not make a huge difference to your timeline. I did a similar thing. It still took around 1.5 months for their final evaluation...

Well, in theory you could first send ACCA to WES then ask WES to put your evaluation “on hold” until you get your BSc sorted but in my opinion there’s little point to it. Sending two credentials separately won’t save you any time or money, so what’s the point?
