Go for SDS, you have until December 1st to apply as it'll take 20 days to process, even more,depending on the completeness of your application but it will not guarantee an approval. You have to make sure your funds are all ready as well

No problem po, yung sponsor ko was my tita so she just provided her bank statements and account, her COE pero hindi nagalaw ang pera, it was just purely for show money purposes. Yung businesses ng prospect sponsor mo pwede mo din idagdag sa POF mo :)
