I am referring to my gckey login. Though the page said 'Medical test is passed', I noticed that under " "View submitted application or upload documents", I had two documents that are required to be submitted. Apparently the medical office was not able to upload them and they did not inform us...

I believe so. But in our case, they were not able to upload and they did not inform us as well. My dad had to go and get the sheets from them yesterday.

@laxsun @harrygne @Garry2008 Thanks for your reply. My dad was able to go to the doctor's office and get the sheets from them. They did not provide the forms when they initially went for the exam. I uploaded the files today. Thanks for your assistance here.

Thanks for the quick reply, @Garry2008 . The medical was done on 23-Jul and the result has already been posted. Any idea why the supporting document section still says, the document needs to be submitted? The status says 'Your action is required' so bit worried about not meeting this on time.

@YULIA-2016 @robertp @Laxun Quick question....my parents completed their 2nd medical recently. The page says they have passed the medical exam. But under the documents section, I still notice that "Proof of upfront medical exam" need to be uploaded. My parents did not get emedical sheet or...

Hi @robertp @bdidol, My online account got updated today that 'Medical passed'. Biometric and additional documents section continue to show that they are not done. But my parents completed biometric on 15-Feb and additional documents were sent couple of weeks ago.

Hi @robertp Our local processing is CPC-Mississauga. Received medical request on 18-Feb. Got an email on 13-Feb to submit passport pages, PCC, country specific documents, CV/Resume, Imm5562 form etc....So my parents completed PCC on 21-Feb...

Hi @YULIA-2016 @robertp @laxsun @jayeshaminnew @serious_cheese My parents completed Medical on 25-Feb. Is there a way to see medical report online? They got information sheet with IME number. The doctor said the report can be viewed online but the sheet does not contain any web address.

Hi @YULIA-2016 and @robertp, Apparently my online account had some issues and didn't show the messages posted in October. After few emails back and forth in January, I got the request to submit birth certificate of the sponsor. I submitted it on Jan 28th. Got a request to do biometric on 10-Feb...

How did you link your application in the page? I seem to have only the receipt number. I believe the receipt number is the one in payment receipt. Please confirm.
