I submitted my additional documents on Feb 10 and received the confirmation letter which said they received my documents. Yet my accounts still shows your action is required and in the additional documents section it says we need additional information. I don’t know what’s going on.

Your PCC has to cover the last day of your presence in US which is Jan 5. Therefore, it might not be accepted by IRCC since there‘s a gap.
