Not sure. I like to think that it has something to do with us being a legitimate couple and having as straight forward an application as possible. Don’t overthink it, we haven’t.

We had a ghost update yesterday, so this morning I logged on to check my ECAS to see that the PA section is now at decision made. Clicked on it to see “we have started processing PA application on x date” Does that mean a decision has been made and we should receive PPR soon?

Ohhh, gotcha! Right on. I mean, I guess he could change it, but maybe safe to wait until everything is all said and done. If he does change it he would just have to make sure to update IRCC.

If he's Australian (going by your flag) he will have to do it in Australia. My wife is an Aussie and we were married in Canada, she had to go to Birth's, Death's and Marriages back in her home State.
