I called this number +1-613-944-4000 many times as well but it gave you a bunch of options, and when I finally reached out to someone who could talk to me, they told me that the express entry application cannot be handled over the phone. Did you talk to any agent successfully visa this number...

Is applying from USA considered different from applying from elsewhere? I heard applications from USA is processed in the same center as inland applicants? Not sure
