anyone did a supervisa for parents?

Hello.. last year i was invited to sponsor my parents i know that if I submitted my applucation last year probably i'll be not eligible to sponsor due to my income for 2015 was below the limit for 4people.( my husband wasn't in Canada yet so i was bymyself) But i still push through, so yeah...

eventually the visa officer in my country will deny my parents pr application. they included in the email as well that after the decision, i can apply for Right to Appeal. Do you know someone that did this???

on my online status it says DECISION MADE and yes I received an email. But nothings says application rejected
