How will I know the officer?? IQAS_Apply@gov.ab.ca this was the used address, and on the signature was only IQAS. Anyway, I'm 100% sure that my transcript was sealed and stamped by the university because I was there when that happened. I've waited for 4 months and this will just happen.

Mine got delivered last June 4, so it's been a month already. I'll wait for about 2-3 months more.
