You need to try multiple times until they transfer you to an agent. It might take several tries and tons of patience.

Congrats! Are you based in the USA? I received PPR back in March 12 and shipped my documents over 3 months ago... I've received responses from IRCC saying that my application is ''on last stages'' but nothing more.... you case is bringing a lot of hope!

Hello, so the photos from Walgreens were accepted? I got PPR back in March and took the photos there, the store clerk used the software to adjust to Canadian measures, he stamped as well, but the photos were not cut... what’s this the same case for you?
