HI EVERYONE I HAVE A QUESTION I HAVE APPLIED TO TR TO OR PATHWAY LAST MAY 6 AND MY VISA WAS EXPIRED LAST JULY AND RIGHT NOW I AM IN IMPLIED STATUS AND U CANNOT WAIT ANY LONGER FOR MY PR APPLICATION BEING AN IMPLIED STATUS, WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE BST WAY FOR ME TO DO?

No cause I applied in MAY 6 which is the TR TO PR PATHWAY and my Work permit expires last JULY

they said implied status does not include PR application anymore correct me if I am wrong

The reason why I didn’t apply for OWP is that I’m happy with my employer and I’m a single applicant that’s why I decided to apply my PR with complete 24 months. BTW I’m holding a Caregiver under HCCP my WP expires this coming June

Hi Sam, based on my knowledge once you applied Permanent Resident a month before your WP expires then you’ll be in implied status for 3 months or so..

is AOR a must in applying PR after 24 months, cause what I know you will be immediately having a implied status!
