I think they just send it to everyone regardless of whether you’ve completed the medical or not. I’ve received it as well :)

LOL, well I came to Canada for its education, might as well get a PR and enjoy Canadian benefits. Also, I still have like over 150K tax credits from my tuition, I should at least finish the credits first ;)

Ray of Hope - 123rd Draw

Good luck and don’t give up! I believe everyone who has maxed their LRS means that their English should be good enough to score a 7 on Writing as well. I don’t think my grammar had improved so much that it jumped from a 6.5 to an 8 within two weeks. To be honest, I didn’t even study for...

Ray of Hope - 123rd Draw

I had 3 IELTS attempts and got 6.5 for the first two attempts and 8.0 on the last attempt. The second and third attempt is only two weeks apart. I would say practice planning your essays. There are tons of questions on IELTSliz's. website. I didn't practice a lot on writing full essays, but...

You will get your ITA for sure in the next draw. You don't have to worry about the date you enter the pool since your score is so high.

Ray of Hope - 123rd Draw

I just want to say don't lose hope because I was in the same situation as you before. I went into the pool at 451 and that was the time when the cut-off jumped to 470. I was so depressed and waited for the marks to drop, which it did, but in an extremely slow pace. So I decided to retake IELTS...
