If this is the form with the ‘validate’ button you should not mess it up with it. That validate button is important. The barcode is necessary for IRCC

I do not think that IRCC intentionally holds an application until one applies for BOWP. I had 4 months left on my WP. I applied for OWP under public policy last week and my application was approved in 4 days. But, I am still waiting for my PR. AOR: July 12 and still waiting.
