I am may 19 AOR, my account was updated today with biometrics i have done before for work permit without any change for medicals, later my medical updated to passed. Does this mean that I won’t receive BIL?

I think your application is fine. Usually most of the people get the medical results around 40 days after AOR, some may be longer. Nothing to worry about. I am not sure about the link you sent. The only place to check your application is through your account as u did. These statuses will change...
