They didn't make IELTS mandatory for me, but I went ahead and submitted it anyway, at the time, I had an average overall band of 7 and it wasn't an issue. I submitted the General Training one

If you deduct the number of people receiving PNPs, about 400+ the last draw, you'll see that the score goes down because that's an extra 400 ITA's for people in that 451-600 distribution; by how much does it go down? I don't know- But it definitely goes down. Still, happy for those receiving...
