I have submitted my profile and just now realized that the PCC I attached was not a color copy and I scanned it black and white and thus the signature and seal are Black and White. Is this an issue? Should I do something to rectify it? Or it's fine?

CEC won't need Biometric, since they would have already given it for their other applications like Work Permit.

I got my RTU degree evaluated from WES successfully as well. Pheww!!

First of all, congratulations. And secondly, oh my God! Can you break up the timeline? The time taken for RTU to make a transcript, send it to WES, WES acknowledging and then processing? I remember reading that they do this in 35 days once they receive the documents.

Yes, I just did and they seem to know what they're doing, they themselves told me to send in my WES ref number and the address which hints that they send transcripts to WES quite frequently. So don't be afraid and try it out.
