When you say application received, is it canada post (courier) status or you are also receiving any email as well. I sent my application on 17th aug, it was delivered on 20th Aug,2021..

They have told me the same around 1 month ago but have not received any email yet, I have also raise a webform . I hope you will get it soon , follow with them after 5 business days if not received any email.

Yes, Agent told that I have to wait for at least 5 business days to check or request for resend.. So just waiting for one more day and then will check how to make a resend request, most probably it would be through Web form .
