It could be, because processing times reduced by one month, this years Quota is full and they stopped accepting new applications and new year is approaching and there could be pressure on the IRCC for increasing the processing times from 17 months to 23 months. If they would give us PPR's this...

I don't think they would do that, I assume that their backlog is getting cleared and so is the reason why they are reducing the processing time.

I'm surprised to see that they reduced processing time by one month , now it's 22 months from 23 months.

Your 23 months process starts from the time they receive your complete application, not from the AOR.

And you haven't applied before June 2018 right ? Then obviously you should choose the option of " I haven't applied "

If you choose the option " I haven't applied " it'll show you 17 months.

Hoping for them to open their Oct- Nov window.

I seriously don't understand the anticipation of the Quota system ..if someone had completed 21 months by June 2019, as it was anticipated above that 2019 Quota is over and the next Quota will open in 2020, then this person will have to wait another six months as 2019 Quota is finished, is it so...
