Nop never got AOR on email or regular mail, but one day checked on ECAS and showed In process so I proceeded to link it online through gkey then I got an email saying it was linked. But that's not really an AOR

They replied back saying that the receipt was forwarded to the responsible office but I can't link the OWP yet and the times I called they have said is not on the system yet but also haven't got it returned so I'm just waiting

You have to call them! They will be able to tell you if they received it or not

The UCI number it should say UCI number somewhere in your visa confirmation

Yes that's what I'm thinking but is strange that I can check the status and li k it without getting any AOR also non of the online tools show that applied for the Open work permit and I'm worry they just didn't accept the work permit
