Yes, I did contact them a couple of time via email and phone call. They had the same computer generated generic answer. No extra information as to why my application is taking longer.

Yeah, Fingerprints again. They just put the file off for as long as they want and then ask you to re-submit documents because they expired. Wish I could laugh it off as a joke.

By email. I think they contact pretty much everyone by email.

It has taken over 13 months at this point.

I just got a request for fingerprints+RCMP criminal check. Probably because my old one has expired by now. My medicals also changed to 'Passed on 12 July 2019', which is well beyond 12 months from when I had submitted them. Looks like some progress is finally being made on my file.

And I am here too. Waiting since May 1st 2018.

Hey r00hi, can i ask from where you got this deadline? Is it something they tell you over the phone or is it only on CBSA notes? Because I couldn't find it on my GCMS notes.

I did not submit another letter as they didn't ask me for one yet. Do you think I should? I think this is an issue with just this VO. My HR used the same letter and contents for 3 of us. Two of them applied and got PR before me. It's only mine that is delayed.

I am guessing RR means review required? My GCMS notes states review required for my work experience On 2018-05-01, the VO officer made a note: APPEARS LOE LETTER DOES NOT STATE DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/CANNOT VERIFY NOC. And on 2019/02/21, another note was made saying criminality passed. Funny...

Posting first time here. May 1st, 2018 was my AOR. Background check and eligibility are being reviewed currently. Seems like I join r00hi and sparknotes with the 1year+ wait. haha
