That's not true. If PA is outside Canada then you are considered outland. If your PA is already in Canada on Work-Permit/Visit Visa then you are Inland.

Delhi has always been like that. It was the same case when I applied for my PR through express entry in 2019. I was lucky enough to get PPR in 4 months as my VO was Ottawa but New Delhi folks got it after 8 months.

You are wrong buddy. PA is not in Canada, she is in India. Ottawa Processes both Outland and Inland Application.

Indian Applications are Processed both in Ottawa and New Delhi. If PA is in India(Outland) then it is sent to Delhi for Visa Stamping. If PA is in Canada(Inland) then it is different scenario.

I Didn't get it back yet. Picked up from my Bangalore home on 10th and received in Delhi on 14th.

I was able to track my application till yesterday and now suddenly it says no Records found. Anyone had similar situation?

Guys, I just realised that I forgot to attach a blank page with Height and Eye color. Do you think they will return the application?

Received PPR on Last Friday, Forgot to update it here: Applied- Dec 12th. AOR, SA and medical- March 8th. VO - Ottawa Medical passed on March 16th. Pre-arrival March 23rd. (Many Ghost Updates after this) COPR- May 24th. PPR- June 3rd.

This is PPR, Congrats. You can use two way courier, pick up and drop.
