There isnt much you can do but to wait. I called once and i was told that my medical is with central medical unit in Ottawa. It took ~1 month for the medical to be approved after we provided school report and pediatrician report.

My application was recently apporved with an autism dependent. We provided School reports and pediatrician reports on services received.
