I will suggest you send both the medical request letter and upfront eMedical information sheet combined in a single file to the IRCC through the webform. You don't have to wait for the Panel of Physicians to upload your eMedical before doing so. I hope this helps!

The upfront medical exam is affirmatively working irrespective of whether you are inland or outland. I am glad I took that bold decision.

I see majority of applications received from March 2020 getting their AORs around 6months or so. I think you should just exercise patience a little bit. The AOR will surely come. Wish you the very best.

When was your application received in Sydney Nova Scotia? Try and use those that have received their AOR to estimate the likely time you will receive the AOR.
