    I used 1-888-242-2100 :) My advice is to call around 7:30/7:45am eastern time, you tend to get through relatively quicker! Most I've waited has been 17 minutes. Online it says their client centre opens at 8am, but the woman this morning picked up my call around 7:40am eastern!
