But this was not an email, this was a Request Letter as a message in my PR Application profile. It is not possible to reply. Should I wait for some email? It is not mentioned in the instructions in the letter.

You don't need to create a new profile. You can update family information here: Make sure that you save and sign your online application after this change. You should be able to see the new score reflected in your profile after doing that. ---

Since this topic is hot now. Why would someone reject a PNP and wait for a regular draw ? Is it the extra cost + 90 days wait for PNP acceptance or are there other differences/limitations ? 453 here working in the tech sector, so I would probably be picked by any future tech draw for Ontario.

Did you sign and transmit the application after your update ? What is the status of the express entry application in your account's home page ? The last time I updated my scores and signed the application it took only few minutes to reflect the changes.
