Received the CSQ on July 19. Received the pre-arrival invitation letter on August 3rd. Received the medical exam request on August 7. No interview yet.

I was told from another member of this forum that they don't send MR before your CSQ is approved. This is what happened for us and we also got the pre-arrival invitation before we got the MR.

They received my application on May 23rd I think. My AOR was on June 3rd and they also charged my credit card on June 3rd. We got the CSQ on July 19.

If you call at midi, they can tell you what is happening with ypur Csq. They will not delay your CSQ just because you called at MIDI. I called MIDI twice and we still got our csq faster than most people on this forum.

Yes, we got the CSQ. A friend of mine got the CSQ for his wife back in 2014, but I don't think this is relevant for us in 2019. ;)

Our papers were received on May 23. The AOR letter and the fees were debited on my card on June 3. The CSQ came last week, not sure of the exact date as it was mailed to my parents' place so I have not seen the letter myself, but something like July 27.

We just got the CSQ and the OK from Quebec for the undertaking agreement. Our file had been transferred to the Nairobi VO in June. Biometrics were done in May. Now we are hoping to get the medical exam request soon. I wonder how long that will take... Fingers crossed.

When we applied, we said I was pregnant and expecting in June. Does anyone know where can I update our application to say that we now have a baby? Also, I (sponsor) am moving back to Canada at the end of the month, do I need to update this information somewhere?

I just called the MIDI because our answer from Quebec is already 2 weeks late. They said they got a larger than usual amount of applicants and are behind in the processing. They are currently processing applicants that got their AOR letter on May 15. We got our AOR letter on June 3rd so...

OK, good to know. I will let you know if I hear anything back. Apparently the CSQ is only sent in the mail, no email. Our address is in Kenya so let's see if we get it in a decent time... or if we receive it at all. Did your application get transferred to your local VO already?
