I really don’t understand why they cant postpone it. I dont see any info on the invite pdf or on gic websites saying you can postpone only if you have unforeseen circumstances like death or illness. I want to know once I get my OWP, will I be able to travel outside for vacation(2-4 weeks)?

Once I get AOR, will I be able to apply for OWP for her? This is where I am confused because her CWP expires only in 2024, Do i have to wait it out or can I apply once I get AOR ? Also can we travel outside canada if we get the OWP? Thanks
