I came back to Bangladesh in March 2014 and applied for UK PCC in 2018 and since 2014 till date I haven't traveled to the UK. So I guess my police clearance from the UK dated 2018 and a new pcc from my country should be suffice as per your explanation right.

I didn't quite understand, to award points to handful of people they delayed the draw knowing the score will shoot up and took away fair chances from many others. Should have looked into other ways instead of delaying the draw but anyway it is totally up to their discretion though.
