I did respond to the IRCC email 2 weeks back but still waiting for the PR Portal link where I need to update my address and photo. is there anyone on the same boat? Does it take so long to get the portal link to upload the photo?

Hello Guys, I have applied for Sep 2019 intake in May, just was wondering how long would it take to get the acceptance letter from college and also how much time do we need for Study Permit Visa as I have 3 months from now and still waiting for acceptance letter. Do respond or suggest.. Thank you.
