Well, my PR visa was stamped in Abu Dhabi. I don't know if that makes them a local visa office for PR applications. I raised a webform to Abu Dhabi, based on the advice from the embassy.

I want to believe that this should apply to other local visa offices. I hope it does.

We're in the same boat, dear. Mine expires on April 4, and my flight from UAE was already scheduled for March 27. My hope now is that when UAE lifts these restrictions in 2 weeks' time, IRCC would have extender our COPR's by then. I will send a webform with immediate alacrity.

Thanks. @PrasadK I really appreciate your inputs. I'm still pushing for the letter from my current employer. I had 4 years experience in my previous job and over 4 years in my current job as well.

Yes. The revised letter contains the job duties. However, this letter is from my previous employer. My current employer just gave me a generic letter. Both jobs are under the same NOC though.
